Where is the Extra Stuff? |
Keynote Theme Park, along with Keynote User (and possibly others)
have decided to locate all theme support material in a folder
called "Keynote Additions" located in the Users/Shared
folder. We recommend
you place all Keynote supplemental material you have in this centralised
location. From here there are two options to create quick access paths.
One is to drag the Keynote Additions folder into your favorites section
of the Dock. With a click-hold you can get an expanding menu and drill
down to the file you require. The second method, and the one we prefer,
is to drag the Keynote Additions folder into the favorites panel of
the Finder window. Like so... |

Now
you can access what you need from any Finder window, but better still... |

from within the Keynote application itself. Just select "Open"
from the "File menu in Keynote and you have your Keynote Additions
at your fingertips. |
